How to Make 3-Dimensional Flowers
with Michelle Lindenmayer

Purchasing manufactured embellishments for your pages can be very costly and it can be hard to find exactly what you need. You can make them yourself and be sure that they are going to be the perfect match for your page or project.

What You Need:
• Patterned paper with different sized flowers
• Some blossoms or paper flowers
• Some small buttons
• Glue Stick
• Glue Dots
• Scissors
Step 1
Take your patterned paper and use scissors to cut out several different sized flowers. How many you cut out will depend on how many you would like to make - to make one completed flower you will need 3 or 4 flowers.
Step 2
Start with your largest flower on the bottom. Choose the next largest flower. Take a glue dot and place it underneath this flower. Then stick the smaller flower on top of the larger flower.
Step 3
Repeat step 2 for your other flowers, until the smallest flower is on top.
Step 4
To finish off your flower, you can adhere a button to your flower by applying a small amount of glue with a glue stick to minimise bulk.
Step 5
Allow this to dry for a minute or so before adhering to your page with a glue stick or double-sided tape.
